Responsible for Technical Leadership of New Product Introduction and Change

Education/Experience:

Requires BSCS or BSEE or equivalent plus 15+ years-related experiences. Experience
in project management, customer support, and customer relationship management.
Requires 10+ years of management experience.


Supervision (Given and/or Received):

Reports to Project Director

Manages communications and deliverables of all levels. Provides management guidance
to all levels of employees on accomplishing goals. Work is reviewed and measured
based on attainment of objectives and overall success of department. Works with
little to no direction mindful of division goals and objectives. Independently
identifies complex issues and resolves complex problems that impact the strategic
direction of the business. Resolves intra/inter team conflicts effectively.

Interface/Collaboration:

Acts as escalation point for PMO Team deliverables. Interfaces with all managers
and Executives.


Communication:
