1. Position Title: Sr./Industrial Engineer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Perform on-the-floor observations and recommend / drive improvement activities
as part of cross-functional teams.
- Develop manufacturing and cost standards for various operations & products
using latest Industrial Engineering methodologies.
- Support manufacturing Layout design, analysis and improvement.
- Manage total plant manufacturing flows from Wafer Sort, Assembly and Test.
- Be an integral part of Productivity and Cost Reduction teams.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering
(Industrial) / Mechanical / Production Engineering / Science or equivalent.
- Experience in Time Study methodologies and Plant Layout preferably with Auto
Cad Drawing.
- Knowledge and experience of capacity planning, line balancing, OEE and TOC
a must.
- Posses strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Posses strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to persuade and drive others (operators, supervisors, planners, etc.)
toward goals set by management.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in order to achieve target timelines
and budgets.
- Knowledge of mfg cost accounting method is a plus.
- Required language(s): English.

4. Position Title: Sr./Test Engineer
Job Description:
1. To design and develop Analog and Mixed Signal ATE Solutions for power and
signal path products on Teradyne and ETS platforms.
2. Participate in new product development team to define test plan.
3. To develop contactors and probe solutions to support high performance product
testing in manufacturing.
4. To develop characterization and reliability test solutions for new product,
package and process qualifications.
5. To manage and support test transfers from design site into manufacturing.
6. To manage and improve new product release plans, customer sampling and new
