We are inviting enthusiastic, creative, innovative and service driven Malaysian (Muslim) individuals to be part of our team in the holy land during the Hajj season of I 432H!20I IM on a CONTRACT basis Ci.e, approximately 60 days) as:

I. CHEF

2. COOK

3. CATERING SUPERVISOR

(20 VACANCIES IN CATERING DIVISION)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hygienic and safe preparation of food within the foodpreparation areas
- Maintain consistency of first class food quality in all areas of foodproduction
- Be creative in the design and implementation of ongoing foodconcepts
- Implement quality control procedures
- Inspect method of food preparations and cooking in all areas
- Ensure all meals are of a high standard and that the kitchen anddining area is maintained in a clean and tidy state at all times
- Liaise with the Catering Manager and Local Agent appointed bythe Company on all menu requirements to ensure that they canbe produced to a high standard

Requirements:

- Minimum Professional Certificate in Food & Beverage Services Management/Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent

- Minimum 7 years experience in the related field is required for this position

- Between the age of 27-45 with excellent health condition

- Able to handle high volume cooking (Bulk Cooking) for above 2,000 pax daily

- Well-versed in safe food hygiene, strong leadership in kitchen management, creative in menu engineering, good human management skills and passionate in guests and associates satisfaction

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage

- Applicants must be willing to work under maximum pressure and long hours during the Contract period

- Preferably Chefs/Cooks/Food & Beverage Supervisors with experience in hotels or convention centres
