Mechanical Engineer
The Job:
- Provide technical guidance and support in all aspects of M&E facilities and systems maintenance ensuring minimum operations downtime
- Assist in the planning, design, implementation and contracts management of all M&E maintenance and Capex works to ensure progress and standards meet specified criteria
- Routinely audit existing M&E facilities’ PPM and KPIs, maintenance services contracts and budgets performance
- Review and approve final M&E works tender documents
- Responsible for services contractors’ productivity and quality of work performance
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Attentive to detail, superior organizational skills with strong analytical, management and leadership skills
- Competent in Microsoft applications e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of other technical software applications will be an added advantage
Civil Engineer
The Job:
- Assist superior on matters related to engineering preliminaries, planning, design works, quantities taking-off and tender documentation works
- Manage, coordinate and administer assigned civil/structural maintenance and CAPEX projects implementation to ensure smooth progress and completion to specifications within schedule and budget
- Review, coordinate and monitor TAs and Technicians in the implementation of PPM field works in terms of quality, time & budget and safety requirements
- Oversee proper management of contractors’ safety, health and housekeeping at sites including close coordination with operations
- Prepare and review assigned areas’ maintenance budget schedules
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, and preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience
- Able to write technical reports and computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A pro-active team player with the ability to work under minimum supervision
- Good communication and leadership skills
Finance Manager
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- Professional qualification i.e. CA, MICPA, ACCA, CIMA will be an advantage
- At least 5 years’ working experience in a finance position handling projects, cost analysis, corporate finance, business valuation models and feasibility studies
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting systems
- Knowledge of MBO, KPI and KRA
- Excellent analytical and planning skills with the ability to work independently
- Dynamic self-starter with initiative and the ability to meet tight reporting deadlines in a challenging environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Prepared to travel overseas on assignments
Executive Trainee/Planner
Requirements:
- First Class or minimum Second Class Upper Honours degree in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good analytical skills with the ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willing to work on shifts
- Sportsmen or those actively involved in extra curricular activities will have an added advantage
