Detailed Description
-Responsiblie for administration duties of the department
-Arrange for trainers’ travelling (booking of flight and accommodation)
-Arrange for training refreshments
-Upload confirmed schedule 1 months prior to actual date for quarterly calendar
-Preparation of training logistics
-Liaison with regional and all branches training activities
-Budget monitoring
-Liaison with printers and suppliers
-Upkeep training database and records
-Generate report on participants’ evaluation on course and trainer’s performance
-Update registration details
-To streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the department
-To assume any other duties as and when required by the management
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-At least 2 year(s) working experience in the same capacity or in a related field.
-Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Committed and strong team player.
